Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers.

• Explain services and handle queries.

• Generate leads and maintain call records.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi, English, Kannada.

• Good communication & convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• 12th pass or graduate (freshers welcome).
