• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from corporate and B2B clients

• Generate quality leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally

• Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships

• Update and manage data in Excel/CRM tools

• Meet daily and monthly call and lead targets

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Graduate in any discipline

• 3–5 years of telecalling experience with B2B/corporate clients

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

• Target-oriented with a confident and professional attitude
