Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls:

• Handling inbound calls:

• Maintaining records:

• Resolving customer issues:

• Meeting targets:

  Achieving daily or weekly call targets, sales quotas, or other performance goals. 

• Staying updated:

  Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and industry trends, as well as company policies and procedures.
