Job Profile: Telecaller Recruiter – Delivery Partner Hiring (Zomato/Swiggy)

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates for onboarding as delivery partners with Zomato/Swiggy.

• Explain job details (payouts, incentives, working hours, joining process, required documents).

• Convince and motivate candidates to join quickly.

• Handle candidate queries over phone/WhatsApp until successful onboarding.

• Maintain accurate candidate database and update CRM/Excel sheets daily.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

• Coordinate with field recruiters or onboarding centers for smooth joining.

• Ensure minimum dropout and maximum show-up ratio.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/recruitment/sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Strong Hindi communication; basic English preferred.

• Good convincing & negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM usage.

• Candidates with experience in delivery partner hiring (Zomato/Swiggy/Zepto/Shadowfax) will be preferred.
