Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, EMI Card, etc.)

  • Explain loan features, benefits, eligibility, and interest rates

  • Generate and follow up on leads

  • Assist customers with loan application process

  • Maintain accurate customer records and call logs

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries
