Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation:

  Make outbound calls to prospects to explain products or services, generate interest, and convert them into customers. 

• Customer Service:

  Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions. 

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer databases, and generate reports on sales and activities. 

• Follow-up:

  Follow up on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business. 

• Compliance:

  Adhere to telecalling scripts and company policies, while also staying informed about product knowledge and industry trends. 

• Market Research:

  Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, which can help improve offerings. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for engaging customers effectively. 

• Persuasion:

  The ability to persuade customers and handle objections confidently to drive sales. 

• Active Listening:

  Paying close attention to customer concerns to build trust and provide appropriate solutions. 

• Patience & Professionalism:

  The ability to remain calm and professional, especially when dealing with rejections or stressful situations. 

• Technical Proficiency:

  Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems are beneficial. 

• Goal-Oriented:

  A strong desire and ability to meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.
