Job Title: Tele Caller – Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tele Caller with Motor and Non-Motor Insurance background, strong calling experience, and good computer knowledge. The role involves customer interaction, policy explanation, lead follow-ups, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for motor & non-motor insurance products

• Handle inbound calls and customer insurance-related queries

• Explain policy details, benefits, premiums, and renewals

• Follow up on leads and convert them into policy sales

• Update customer data, call logs, and follow-ups in CRM/system

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals

• Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of calling experience in Motor & Non-Motor Insurance (Mandatory)

• Good computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email, calling software)

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals

• Target-oriented and professional approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with insurance brokers or insurance companies

• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Timings

• Day Shift

• 6 Days working (Sunday Off)

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
