About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Telecaller who can handle high-volume customer outreach, explain products/services clearly, and maintain accurate data using CRM tools. The role involves engaging directly with individual customers, generating interest, and supporting conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers on a daily basis.

• Present products/services clearly and address customer queries.

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and follow up until closure or handoff. • Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve campaigns.

• Ensure excellent customer experience during each call. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2C calling or telesales.

• Hands-on experience using CRM software (any platform).

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu (as required).

• Good persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain consistent performance.

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, data entry).
