Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain academy courses.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed course information.

• Follow up with leads via phone/WhatsApp and maintain records.

• Persuade and guide students/parents to take admissions.

• Schedule counseling sessions/demo classes.

• Maintain daily call reports and meet admission targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers welcome).

• Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.

TRAINING & GUIDANCE WILL BE PROVIDED
