ग्राहकांशी नम्र आणि प्रभावी पद्धतीने संवाद साधणे.
ग्राहकांच्या गरजा आणि अपेक्षा समजून घेणे.
Soyrik Matrimony च्या सेवा आणि पॅकेजची योग्य माहिती देणे.
Interested ग्राहकांचे नियमित Follow-up घेणे.
योग्य ग्राहकांचे Conversion करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करणे.
दररोजच्या Calls आणि Follow-ups ची माहिती व्यवस्थित अपडेट करणे.
दिलेले Daily आणि Monthly Targets पूर्ण करण्यासाठी काम करणे.
Team Leader / Manager यांच्या मार्गदर्शनानुसार काम करणे.

📅 कामाचे दिवस

सोमवार ते रविवार

रविवार हा Working Day असेल.

सोमवार ते शनिवार यापैकी १ दिवस Weekly Off दिला जाईल.

💰 पगार

₹8,000/- प्रति महिना

पहिले ३ महिने Performance Review Period असतील.

३ महिन्यांनंतर तुमच्या कामगिरीनुसार Salary Increment आणि Incentive Structure निश्चित केले जाईल.
