JD:
-Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote available plots.
-Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about various real estate projects, with a focus on plots..
-Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to suggest suitable plot options
-Provide detailed information about plots, including location, amenities, price ranges, and potential investment returns..
-Schedule and coordinate site visits or virtual tours for potential buyers.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
-Follow up with clients to provide additional information, address concerns, and gather feedback.
-Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
-Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments scheduled.
-Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new plot offerings.
-Handle client objections and rejections professionally and positively.

-Qualification: Any Graduate.
