Position Overview
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele caller to make outbound calls, promote our products/services, generate leads, and set appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and gather customer requirements.

• Set appointments for the sales team and update details in the CRM system.

• Follow up with interested customers to build relationships and close opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years in tele calling, telesales, or customer support (experience in trading/export/manufacturing/steel industry preferred).

• Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Marathi or other languages are a plus).

• Technical Skills: MS Excel, data entry, CRM tools.

• Soft Skills: Persuasive, resilient, target-driven, good time management, and multitasking abilities, Excellent Communication skill.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
