Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to support our NGO's fundraising, awareness, and outreach activities. The candidate will communicate with donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and the general public over the phone, providing information about the organization's programs and encouraging participation and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and supporters.

• Explain the NGO's mission, projects, and impact to stakeholders.

• Follow up with existing donors and maintain positive relationships.

• Generate donations and encourage participation in NGO events and campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and donor information.

• Respond to inquiries and provide information about programs and services.

• Schedule meetings or appointments for the fundraising team when required.

• Meet daily and monthly calling and outreach targets.

• Prepare call reports and update the database regularly.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or NGO outreach is preferred.

  Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
