Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
○ Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our
product offerings.
○ Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage
rider sign-ups.
2. Customer Support:
○ Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure
satisfaction.
○ Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns.
3. Lead Management and Follow-Up:
○ Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active
users.
○ Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty.
4. Target Achievement:
○ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
○ Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
