Job Title: Telecaller(Tamil)
Location: Chennai
Experience: Fresher
Salary: Up to ₹12,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and ongoing offers clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain call records and update customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate / 12th Pass
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge
Confident, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers are welcome
