We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling/Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, promoting services, and converting leads into successful sales.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound (cold) calls to potential customers
Introduce and explain company services clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Maintain daily call reports and sales records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Ensure professional communication and positive customer experience
✅ Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Minimum 1 year experience in telesales/telecalling (preferred)
Candidate must have their own smartphone
Basic understanding of sales process
Ability to work independently from home
Target-oriented and self-motivated
