Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the Pharma industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to effectively interact with customers over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects.
Explain pharmaceutical products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain and update customer/call records.
Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
Coordinate with the sales and business development teams.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper call documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of total work experience in Telecalling, Customer Interaction, Sales, or related roles.
Minimum 1 year of Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Hindi and English.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Strong convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
