Job Opening: Junior Telesales (Telecaller) Executive
Location: Wakad, Pune
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services.
• Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead sheets.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads generated by the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams for information sharing and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and summaries using MS Office tools.
• Maintain a professional tone and build positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Basic Graduation in any stream (Preferred Engineer)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work with data and update records accurately.
• Organized, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
