Role Overview:

We are looking for a female telecaller who can communicate effectively in Hindi and English. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our company’s services, maintaining customer relationships, and generating leads/sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and attend inbound inquiries.

• Explain company services in clear Hindi & English.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.

• Follow up with clients for updates, meetings, or service closure.

• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with good communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

• Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
