Customer Calling:
Make outbound calls to existing and new customers to promote products and generate business.
Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with customers for orders, payments, feedback, and inquiries.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer database (contact details, call records, order history, feedback).
Lead Generation:
Identify new customers and collect relevant market information.
Reporting:
Prepare daily call reports and submit performance updates to seniors.
Coordination:
Coordinate with sales team for updates.
