Job Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers through outbound and inbound calls

• Handle customer queries related to financial products

• Provide information and guidance on loans, credit cards, and other financial services

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Update and manage customer details in CRM systems

• Assist customers with documentation and KYC processes

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing

• Achieve assigned sales and service targets

• Ensure high-quality customer service and follow-up

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of financial services (preferred)

• CRM and MS Excel basic knowledge

• Time management and follow-up skills
