A Real Estate Telecaller drives sales by initiating outbound calls to potential clients, promoting property projects, and scheduling site visits. They are responsible for managing inbound inquiries, updating CRM databases, and nurturing leads to meet sales targets. Key requirements include excellent communication skills, a professional experience in telephone-based sales or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, cold call new prospects, and nurture leads to qualify them for the sales team.
· Property Promotion: Explain project details, including pricing, location, amenities, and investment opportunities to interested clients.
· Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule site visits or meetings between potential buyers and site sales managers.
· Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with leads to guide them through the sales funnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate, Insurance, Banking.
· Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi /or local languages, with a persuasive tone.
· Soft Skills: High patience, negotiation abilities, and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent, though a bachelor’s degree is often preferred
