We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at K P Automotives Private Limited(Maruti Suzuki). The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹16,000+ 4000 Incentive.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Contact warm and cold leads to pitch marketing, IT, financial, or corporate services.
Pitch Customization: Explain service packages, pricing tiers, and benefits clearly while tailoring pitches to client needs.
Lead Qualification: Identify prospective clients, assess their requirements, and pass qualified opportunities to the senior sales team.
CRM Management: Record detailed notes of all customer interactions, update contact databases, and schedule follow-up appointments.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and client conversions.
Client Retention: Call existing customers to offer upgraded service renewals, cross-sell additional features, or gather feedback. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
