Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our recruitment team. Your primary role will be to call and onboard delivery boy bikers for various delivery platforms. You’ll be handling daily outbound calls, explaining job roles, and helping candidates through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential delivery boy/biker candidates.

• Explain job roles, benefits, and company policies.

• Schedule interviews and assist in onboarding.

• Maintain records of calls and candidate responses.

• Follow up with interested leads and ensure conversion.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and local language (English is a plus).

• Experience in telecalling or recruitment is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
