• Understand customer needs and offer suitable policy options.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update database.

• Follow up with interested customers to close leads.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Degree)

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
