Telecaller

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team Soul Veda wellness Centre . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹8000 - ₹10000

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote wellness services, treatments, and packages.

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about services, timings, and offers.

• Maintain a customer database with updated contact details and follow-up records.

• Schedule client appointments and coordinate with therapists/doctors.

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable wellness programs.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Share feedback from clients to management for service improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.

• Prior experience in tele calling/customer service (wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry preferred).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi language.

• Ability to explain services clearly and persuasively.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.

• It is a Part Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
