We're looking for a dedicated Telecaller to directly coordinate with clients (mainly repeat sellers and big brands) through various vendor portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily client calls from different vendor portals.
Coordinate directly with sellers for order updates, approvals, and queries.
Maintain ongoing relationships with repeat clients and top brands.
Keep records of communication, updates, and feedback.
Ensure timely follow-ups and professional handling of each interaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence in dealing with professional clients and brand representatives.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and vendor operations.
Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently.
Prior experience in telecalling or client handling is a plus.
