We are seeking a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller to join our fast-growing Loan DSA Office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer interaction and sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for convincing clients, we want you on our team!

### 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers for loans, credit cards, and financial products.

- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel/CRM.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

- Achieve monthly targets and earn lucrative incentives.

### ✅ Requirements:

- Experience: 0.6 – 1 year in telecalling (Banking/Loan/Credit Card sector preferred).

- Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate.

- Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English; Gujarati is a plus).

- Strong convincing & negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
