SecureFund Advisors is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan and financial products, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with the internal team for further processing of customer applications.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales/customer-service experience will be an advantage.
