Core Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making sales calls to prospective clients and answering incoming inquiries, often using prepared scripts.
Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching products/services to potential customers to secure sales or set up appointments.
Customer Support:
Resolving questions, providing information, and addressing concerns regarding products or services.
Data Management: Accurately updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with call notes and contact information.
Follow-ups: Following up on leads to build relationships and secure sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and regional languages.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and convince customers.
Basic Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
Education/Experience: Usually a 12th pass or graduation, with 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer care preferred.
Soft Skills: Patience, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
