Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / BPO Executive to join our team Satkartar life ltd. . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, solving customer queries, and maintaining good communication with clients. Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Explain products and services to customers

• Solve customer queries politely

• Maintain customer records and follow-ups

• Achieve daily calling targets

• Work with team members for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Basic English/Hindi communication skills

• Good speaking and listening skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and teamwork

Salary: Upto ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
