Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive / Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain customer databases and records of calls.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly.

• Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.

• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations.

• Follow call scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in [insert language(s)]

• Persuasive and confident tone.

• Good listening skills and customer service orientation.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, MS Office).

• Patience and the ability to handle rejection.
