telecaller's primary responsibility is to communicate with customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. This includes making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and handling inquiries, objections, and complaints. Telecallers also play a vital role in building customer relationships, gathering information, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:

  Initiating calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest. 

• Inbound Handling:

  Answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. 

• Lead Generation:

  Identifying and qualifying potential customers through effective questioning and needs assessment. 

• Sales & Conversions:

  Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Building rapport with customers, maintaining positive interactions, and fostering customer loyalty. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Staying informed about products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries. 

• Target Achievement:

  Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.
