Telecaller

We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Sankalp Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers who have shown interest in personal or business loans through our online campaigns.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly and confidently.

• Collect basic information, such as income, bank name, and existing loan details for eligibility verification.

• Follow up with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp to collect documents and complete loan files.

• Update lead details and call status regularly in CRM.

• Coordinate with the internal team and partner NBFCs for loan processing updates.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for leads contacted, interested customers, and disbursals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI telecalling / DSA / NBFC / credit card or loan process.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly tone on calls.

• Basic understanding of personal loans, business loans, or the lending process.

• Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp Business for daily updates.
