Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on leads provided by the marketing or online platforms.

• Explain product/service offerings clearly to potential customers.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.

• Convert leads into confirmed sales through continuous engagement.

• Coordinate with the internal sales team and support them in closing deals.

• Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversion rates.
  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or sales coordination.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
