Telecaller

We are looking for motivated and tech-savvy Telecallers to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge of IT concepts and products/services, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote IT-related products or services.

• Understand client requirements and explain appropriate IT solutions.

• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales/technical team.

• Handle inbound queries related to IT services or products.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in CRM systems.

• Work closely with the sales and technical teams for smooth client conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related fields).

• Basic understanding of IT products/services such as software, hardware, web development, networking, etc.

• Good verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi; basic English is a plus.

• Proficient with computers and basic tools like MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in telecalling or tech sales support preferred.
