Lead Generation & Outbound Calling
Make high-volume daily outbound calls (typically 150–200 calls) to prospective student and traveler leads.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated from digital marketing campaigns and website forms.
Connect with new leads, build rapport, and maintain ongoing communication via phone calls and WhatsApp.
Profile Assessment & Advising
Understand the student's or traveler's background, academic goals, preferred destination country, budget, and desired course or travel package.
Qualify leads by evaluating their eligibility and matching their goals with the consultancy's offerings.
Provide basic preliminary information regarding international universities, admission timelines, visa application basics, or travel itineraries.
Appointment Scheduling & Handovers
Convert warm leads into formal consultation appointments with senior education counselors or travel experts.
Coordinate smoothly with the internal counseling and application processing teams for successful lead handovers.
Send reminders and follow-up updates to ensure high attendance rates for scheduled counseling sessions.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain clean, detailed, and accurate notes of all customer interactions and lead statuses using the company's CRM System or spreadsheet logs.
Track follow-up schedules rigorously to prevent potential student or client inquiries from slipping through the cracks.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks set around call volume, connected calls, and appointment conversion rates
