Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to assist customers in obtaining suitable loan products. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, evaluating loan applications, verifying documentation, coordinating with credit teams, and ensuring timely loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.

• Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other financial products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing.

• Follow up with customers regarding application status and pending documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Update customer records and maintain accurate MIS reports.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of loan products and financial services.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Freshers can apply (for Junior Executive roles).

• Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or Loan Sales preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
