Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and referrals.Explain personal loan products, features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.Collect and verify required documents for loan processing.Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.Stay updated on competing loan products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.---Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales and negotiation skills.Ability to understand financial documents and assess creditworthiness.Customer service orientation.Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
