Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Gut Microbiome testing and wellness products.
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information on tests, nutraceuticals, vitamins, and supplements.
Educate customers on gut health, the benefits of microbiome testing, and how nutraceuticals support overall wellness.
Assist customers in booking microbiome test kits, understanding sample collection procedures, and tracking their reports.
Recommend suitable vitamins, supplements, and nutraceutical solutions based on customer needs (non-diagnostic guidance).
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide post-test support by connecting customers with nutritionists or healthcare consultants when needed.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and product sales.
Follow healthcare communication protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of customer health information.
Coordinate with logistics and operations team for kit dispatch, sample collection, and report delivery.
