Job Description

Make outbound calls to customers from showroom leads and database.
Follow up with customers regarding car enquiries, test drives, bookings and offers.
Explain vehicle models, features, variants and basic pricing details.
Generate and manage leads through regular follow-ups.
Schedule test drives and showroom visits for interested customers.
Follow up with existing customers for feedback and future requirements.
Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records.
Coordinate with the Sales Team and share interested customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a good customer experience.
