Job Title: Telecaller & Web Research Executive (Females Only)

Location: Mahim, Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in telecalling or similar role

Education: 12th Pass or above

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a Telecaller & Web Research Executive to join our team. The role involves direct calling to potential clients and data sourcing through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients and prospects.

Explain company products/services and generate interest.

Follow up with clients for feedback, project updates, and payments.

Conduct online research to find new leads and potential customers.

Maintain and update client data in ERP/Excel sheets.

Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for follow-ups and lead management.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

• Confident in making cold and follow-up calls

• Proficient in email and WhatsApp communication

• Ability to do basic web research and find business leads

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word

• Target-oriented and proactive

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
