Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales / Sales Executives to join our growing team in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales queries

• Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits clearly

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Eligibility / Requirements

• Fresher or candidates with prior telesales/sales experience can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
