Riddhi Siddhi Developers is a growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial plotting projects in Dholera SIR, Gujarat. We are expanding our network of property dealers, brokers, and channel partners to promote our projects and generate sales opportunities.
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to connect with property dealers, brokers, and real estate consultants. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our Dholera projects, generating interest, developing channel partners, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to property dealers, brokers, and potential channel partners.
Introduce Riddhi Siddhi Developers and explain our Dholera plotting projects.
Generate leads and identify interested brokers and property dealers.
Convince potential brokers to associate with the company as Channel Partners.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
Regularly follow up with interested and existing channel partners.
Share project details, pricing, offers, brochures, and other relevant information.
Coordinate with the field sales team for broker meetings and site visits.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meetings in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified meetings, and channel partner onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Real Estate Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Good Hindi communication; basic/good English communication preferred.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work.
Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
Real estate or broker/channel partner calling experience will be an advantage.
