We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Royalfurr Natural Dog Food.
The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our natural dog food products, answering customer queries, and converting leads into sales. The position offers an opportunity to work in a growing pet food brand with a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact leads through phone calls and WhatsApp to generate sales.
Explain Royalfurr Natural Dog Food products, ingredients, benefits, and offers to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses, and sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass / Any Degree, with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Candidates should have:
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confidence and a positive attitude while speaking with customers.
Strong convincing and sales skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to work towards daily and monthly sales targets.
Prior experience in pet products, FMCG, or telesales will be an added advantage.
