Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹6000 - ₹8000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call assigned customer leads daily and explain product details clearly

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right product/pack

• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into orders

• Handle basic customer questions related to price, delivery, COD, and offers

• Update call status, follow-ups, and orders in Google Sheet / CRM

• Send WhatsApp messages for order confirmation and follow-ups when required

• Maintain polite, professional communication with all customers

• Achieve daily call and sales targets as assigned

• Coordinate with the team regarding confirmed orders and customer feedback

Job Requirements:

The minimum 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Part Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
