Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and inquiries.
Explain company products/services and build interest among prospective customers.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Support marketing campaigns through telephonic outreach and digital coordination.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain professionalism.
