Job Summary:

As a telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for engaging with prospective clients over the phone to drive sales, generate leads, and build productive relationships. You will contribute to the growth of our business by effectively communicating our offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products and services.

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and addressing their inquiries.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer interactions and data analysis.

• Sales Support: Assist in closing sales by effectively communicating features, benefits, and pricing of products/services.

• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring ongoing engagement.
