Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents to provide information about courses, admission procedures, and institute offerings.

• Handle inbound queries through phone calls or follow-ups.

• Maintain and update the student inquiry database with accurate and relevant information.

• Schedule appointments for counseling sessions or campus visits.

• Follow up with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communications.

• Prepare daily call reports and share updates with the admission Counselors.
