We are looking for a Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team Reliable Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Make to potential customers from provided databases.
Introduce company products/services and explain features & benefits clearly.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and build customer interest.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Maintain proper documentation of conversations and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
· 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / cold calling / sales.
· Strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Confident speaking ability with positive attitude.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
· Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated.
