Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team Reliable Enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make to potential customers from provided databases.

  • Introduce company products/services and explain features & benefits clearly.

  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

  • Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

  • Handle objections professionally and build customer interest.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures.

  • Maintain proper documentation of conversations and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

· 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / cold calling / sales.

· Strong communication and persuasion skills.

· Confident speaking ability with positive attitude.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

· Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.
